Values

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO

We are driven by our passion for helping businesses.

CCC is proud to be Australian owned and operated. We are focused on providing genuine support and guidance when you work with us.

Message From The Director

When you see a gap in the market you can either leave it or you can back yourself and take action to close it. I am not one to back away from a challenge, so I jumped in boots and all.

Partnering with Equal Assurance Australia has freed us up to focus on providing next level service while remaining very competitive.

I believe that good service shouldn’t be tied to a price tag. Having owned and operated several businesses I understand that business is all about value and trust. When you put those together it paves the way for growth and success.

First Nations

We are based on Awabakal country on the coast and in Wonnarua/Wanaruah country in the Upper Hunter Valley in NSW.

My partner and co-Director, Greg Carroll is a Darkinjung man who’s involved in projects that support first nations youth along with being a very passionate and fully qualified Mental Health First Aider for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

‘For First Nations People country is inherent to their identity. It shapes and sustains every aspect of their lives. It’s more than a physical place, it’s a connection, a bond that can never be broken. It’s spiritual, emotional, social, and cultural. It’s with us wherever we go.’ Greg Carroll.

We support First Nations Clients through ensuring respect of persons, country and culture always.

We are currently exploring options for formal acknowledgment of First Nations Business that will help to provide our clients with further connections to First Nations business networks
